Twitchers come in a wide variety of styles. In this case I’ve shown a full bodied twitcher but virtually any zombie can become a twitcher. Twitchers are the result of not properly destroying the brain of the zombie. This usually results from the attempted destruction of the brain going somehow awry and should serve to remind survivors that it’s important to finish the job. Some notable twitchers appeared in the remake of Dawn of the Dead. Remember the guy in the fountain?
